Return & Exchange Policy – Mousa Perfumes

 


At Mousa Perfumes, we take pride in offering high-quality fragrances. For hygiene and quality control reasons, perfume purchases are final and non-returnable once opened.


However, we do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:


 

1. Damaged or Wrong Product

 

 

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 


 

2. Unopened Products

 

 

  • Returns for unopened items are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in brand-new, resaleable condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

  • Opened, tested, or used perfumes cannot be returned.

  • Promotional, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
